We were so glad to have had Kent Doll as our officiant. We live in Western Oklahoma but he did a great job communicating with us to make his part fantastic! We are thankful Kent made both of us feel comfortable and special on our big day!

Kent was wonderful from the very start of the process of hiring him. He was very responsive and quick to communicate and he initiated meeting with us before we hired him. He emphasized that he wanted us to know him before we made the decision! We met with him for almost an hour over Zoom initially and he made us feel like we knew him for years, we knew we wanted him as our minister from that point forward.

DO THE COUNSELING SESSIONS! We did pre-marital counseling from both Kent and a professional counselor and we truly loved and valued what we learned from both. Kent was very, very flexible with our hectic schedule and always understood if we had to change. He was also willing to meet with us over Zoom since we lived out of state at the time. He provided realistic advice and touched on each topic, including those that we felt we needed further advice on. He accommodated our views respectfully, where we wanted a Christian oriented ceremony but not one too heavily based on scripture.

We received so many compliments on Kent on our wedding day, with many of our bridal party and family asking how we managed to find him. He was very accommodating our odd our rehearsal time and was very, very calming on the day of for both of us! We both didn’t have our vows written the night before and he assured us that was fine, even though he need them for his own preparation. We knew this wasn’t ideal for him but he was so kind and understanding in regards. We wanted someone who didn’t feel like a stranger to us when marrying us, and Kent made it feel like he was family even though we had only met him four months before the wedding.

End of the story — Hire Kent as your minister and do the pre-marital counseling with him! You will have a personalized ceremony made by someone who truly cares about the success of your marriage. And also a friend at the end of the day. We will recommend him to everyone we know.

Our experience with Kent was fantastic. From our first meeting all the way up to the ceremony. This was a big decision and we could not be happier that we chose Kent to officiate our wedding. Would highly recommend to anyone!
