Bob is extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. His vans are spacious, new and very clean. He's highly recommended in our book!

Bob Inslerman (owner) of Polar Express provided the transportation to and from out wedding. He was very easy to get in touch with, was very organized, and his pricing was very reasonable. We instructed him which hotels out guests would be staying at and were provided with a schedule for pickup times that we were able to provide our guests with. Everyone arrived on time for the ceremony and everyone was provided transportation home. The staff was polite/friendly and timely. The vans were clean and well kept. All of our guests really appreciated this service and it saved us worrying about our guests getting home safely.

Initially we were having some communication difficulties, but once we were able to connect, we were very happy with the service the company provided for our wedding. We were very concerned with having an open bar at our wedding and wanted to ensure we had no one driving that should not be. Robert went out of his way, and added extra stops and drop-offs to accommodate all of our guests. The guests and the wedding party were very happy with Robert, the cleanliness of the van, and the professionalism of the service.
