Facilities and Capacity Pleasant Hill Vineyards offers their clients a choice of three beautifully different ceremony areas that include indoor, covered and uncovered outdoor locations. Their wine room is an affordable, full-service facility that features the latest in digital projection equipment, Wi-Fi and catering. Couples can host up to 500 guests at Pleasant Hill Vineyards.
Services Offered If you book to host your ceremony and reception at Pleasant Hill Vineyards, their team will help you with anything from event planning all the way to booking event rentals. The venue even offers a tastefully designed bride’s room that opens on to the beautiful Bouquet Balcony, a Groom's Room and Caterers Room. Pleasant Hill Vineyards is available to be rented on a daily basis and the venue rental includes all ceremony and reception chairs and tables. If you are thinking about using this venue, DO IT! You will not regret it! Not only is this venue affordable but Karen, who runs the venue, offers her services as your wedding coordinator! I cannot say enough great things about her and the venue. Karen is so sweet, nice, caring, and does an amazing job. She took away so much of our stress with planning a wedding in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and worked with us every step of the way! This venue is breath taking and has plans A,B, and C in case of bad weather. This is by far the best venue I have ever been to and I am honored to have had our wedding there. I truly cannot say enough about how amazing and stunning this venue and the people are. Book Pleasant Hill Vineyards for the best and stress free wedding!

Best decision for us!
We looked at a couple different venues, but PHV just felt right. It is located close enough to the main roads for out of town guests to find it easily yet still secluded enough that traffic and other noise isn’t a problem. They offered several options for our wedding ceremony and reception to be held. We chose an outside wedding under the gazebo then a reception inside in the wine tasting room. But it was a tough choice because the meadow and loft were gorgeous as well. As a bonus, on the wedding day September 1, the Vineyards were in full bloom so it made for even better pictures and backdrop. The owner, Karen Henry, was very nice and helpful and made herself available for our questions. She sat down with us and worked out our “plan”. She even allowed us a private wine tasting / makeshift pre-rehearsal. She allowed us to use whatever materials, props, decor, etc she had in her storage area. And she was right there early the day of our wedding setting out all the chairs, and helping to make sure we had all we needed. She was great to work with. I look forward to coming back for other special events and for photography sessions, a perk extended only to previous wedding bookings. Beautiful! Thank you Pleasant Hill Vineyards!!

This past year and a half of planning was flawless with the help of Karen. I got married 9/29/18 at her vineyard and it was nothing short of perfect. It even rained every day the week of my wedding and we still pulled it off. I cannot thank her enough for the perfect location for my special day. GREAT VALUE TOO!! Highly recommend the wine selection as well!!
Pleasant Hill Vineyard is a lovely property with a large gazebo, barn, wooded area and decorative concrete floored area all perfect for a wedding or event! We love working with this picturesque venue!
Pleasant Hill Vineyards is a great facility in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains that has lots of solutions for event spaces. The indoor part of the barn is very unique and the outside vineyards are a hard backdrop to beat! The facility staff make sure that all the details are correct and have a very high standard for vendors which is a great thing for brides! This venue is a great place to hold a wedding and/or reception.
