Having a photo booth at our wedding made the wedding much more memorable. We've gotten so many good comments about how "cool" it was that we had a photobooth at our wedding! I highly recommend forking over the small investment to create interest at your own event and to have even more photos to help you remember your special day.

Kimberly (owner/operator) was amazing, letting me ask her questions via e-mail and communicating with her via email the majority of the time. She even let us meet with her on the weekend to come see the photo booth before the wedding. After seeing the photo booth and meeting Kimberly (who was so sweet!), we knew we had to have it!

Even though the booth was a hit at our wedding, we were a little disappointed later on (after the event) when Kimberly informed us that the USB memory stick connected to the booth (to capture photos for later placement on a CD for us) must have become dislodged during the course of our event, because only the first 16 or so pictures had been saved to the USB stick. Granted, Kimberly did refund us the portion of our already-paid fees that went to the cost of the picture CD. But nothing can replace those memories that were lost. =\ Kimberly also gave us the opportunity to have a 1-hour free photo booth session if we wanted (where the booth is currently housed; not that we could use the booth wherever we wanted to for an hour).

Kimberly said she'd never seen that snafu happen before. Accidents do happen, and to be fair, my husband and I have a little bit rowdy group of friends, so I imagine it was their/our fault for possibly shaking/moving the photo booth some that night. Lessons learned? Make sure to periodically check that the memory stick is still connected to the photo booth.

I still highly recommend Photobooth Phun because of Kimberly's awesome customer service, pleasant attitude, and of course, her cool photo booth!
