I started working with Alexa about three years ago. Since then my body has completely transformed. We had already been working together for about a year before I got engaged. The week after I got engaged she immediately began ramping up my workouts to ensure I looked and FELT my best. I showed her pictures of my gown and she made sure to tailor our workouts to ensure that my body would look its best given the style of my dress. She was my biggest cheerleader and supporter leading up to the wedding. She pushed me in a healthy and positive way and believed in me more than I believed in myself. Alexa is also incredibly patient and flexible
and if something doesn't feel right she is quick to make adjustments. Beyond being a trainer Alexa is a friend and an amazing one at that. She is always available to chat about silly things like Love Island or lend support and an encouraging word if I am not feeling my best. I have been training with Alexa virtually for the past year and a half and she took time out of her busy schedule to meet and train me while I was Denver for a long weekend. She will truly go above and beyond for you. She is simply the best!

Alexa and I started training together in 2018, in an effort to prepare me for my 2019 wedding, and boy did she deliver. Not only was I in the best shape of my life (photos were flawless) but I also felt great mind body and soul. Alexa and I worked out together, we worked on my nutritional intake and my emotional well being. Following this journey we continued to work together again after the birth of my first child in 2021. Alexa once again helped me get back to where I needed to be and this time around it was even harder. Without Alexa’s consistent support I don’t know where my journey to postpartum recovery would be. I highly recommend Alexa’s training both personally and professionally.

I’ve been training with Alexa for over 3 years now, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. I started training with Alexa 6 months before my wedding and she literally transformed my body and mindset about fitness. I had worked with other trainers before and seen minimal results or became completely frustrated and quit (I’m no fitness guru) and my time with Alexa was completely different. She is ridiculously skilled at targeting specific areas that you want to work on and tailoring workouts to your skill level. I wasnt able to jump right into advanced work outs when we started together so she found exercises that worked for my body and still gave me the results I wanted. Equally as important Alexa is literally a light-up-your-week kind of person. She is a total sweetheart and a hoot! She makes me feel positive, strong, and proud of my progress no matter what stage of my fitness journey I’m in. She also cracks me up every time I see her and leaves me in the best mood to start my day!! 3 years later and long past my wedding and I still work out with her every week - that alone should tell you how amazing she is!
