and if something doesn't feel right she is quick to make adjustments. Beyond being a trainer Alexa is a friend and an amazing one at that. She is always available to chat about silly things like Love Island or lend support and an encouraging word if I am not feeling my best. I have been training with Alexa virtually for the past year and a half and she took time out of her busy schedule to meet and train me while I was Denver for a long weekend.
