My stylist is the best! I set up our wedding day appointment well in advance to made sure she had availability. She even gave me her card with her number in case I had any questions. We even set up a time to discuss hairstyles and hair maintenance before the big day. On my big day, she did a beautiful job, and she even put it on Facebook herself!

I came in with a picture of the cut and color I wanted so after she cut my hair and applied the high light said we will leave it on for 25 minutes the proceeds to cut another lady hair that requires portions to be oiled and blow dried in small amounts an hour (it was supposed to be 25 minutes) we go to wash out she rinse and towel dry she walks into the supply room the grades her coat and walks out the back door confused I and irritated I had been there over thus far and looking at my hair I knew we weren't done so when she returned from her smoke break she advised me that we need to apply toner I was not happy so almost 4 hours later and out 200 dollars later my finished style looks nothing like my desired look. I came there because I was confident that since they were a much higher class salon that they would be able to achieve my request I'm sadly disappointed I will never ever go back here again Is terrible professiolism and knowledge
