Paul Gant Senior paved the way for us with his passionate pursuit of knowledge for meat preparation and followed it up with the prefect Bar-B-Que sauce recipe. He had a vision of sharing his pride and enjoyment with the rest of the world and it is a passion that the Gant family shares and continues to pass on.

The food was delicious!! They set up, served and cleaned up and packaged the left over food. I highly recommend them for your special event.

The food was AWESOME and they were really friendly and professional. The only downfall is when the left they left all left over food except BBQ souce and tea which we really needed later other that that it was great.
