Because of the impending hurricanes (Irma and Jose), our tent was delivered and raised early to ensure that we would have it in place for our daughter's wedding. Dave was incredibly helpful in giving us the information we needed to make a good decision on size and style of tent and sides. The men raising the tent were courteous and efficient, The office staff was very professional and accommodating of the changes we made to our order.

We rented a dance floor for our wedding in Maryland and we were very happy with the quality of the floor and the service we received. They really worked with our vendor to make sure everything was perfect and set up on our wedding day. I got a floor that they said would be perfect for a wedding of 160 but a lot of our friends and family like to dance so I wish I had requested a larger floor than was delivered.

We rented plates, silverware, glassware, and table linens for our wedding from this vendor. They were easy to deal with when setting up the rental. However, there were a few things that were lacking. One, the table linens were very irregularly sized -- they were 120" round tablecloths and the appropriate size for our tables, but they were extremely uneven and you could see it at the bottom of the tables. Second, when they went to pick up the rented items, they were very rude to the owner of the wedding venue, who is an extremely sweet lady. That made me upset and embarrassed that someone I hired was rude to my fantastic wedding venue. In retrospect, I should have rented from Party Party (which is located right next door to Party Palace and has the same items available for rental at the same price).
