We needed a bus that was big enough to hold all of our wedding party and dates and this was the place that had the best options. Candis has been great to work with and I am excited about the bus we got!

Worst business. I rented a bus for my wedding and the bus broke down. We were a half hour late to our wedding reception causing us to miss out on our dollar dance, which would have been a good chunk of money. We had to have at least 8 different people leave the reception to pick us up. When I called to ask for money back they said they had a bus to get us but we had all left by the time it got there. The bus had been broken down for at least a half hour before people started to come get us. We had another person go back after everyone else to make sure everyone had a ride. No one saw the bus. The owner said he was showed up about 30-40 minutes after he got a call. No one saw him either. I called and talked to the manager. I explained why I was upset and he said I was being very rude. I did have a tone but was not raising my voice. He said that he was going to have the owner deal with this. The owner mansplained how busses overheat in the summer. In my opinion, if your bus overheats, it should not be driving people around for a 2 hour time slot in the summer. The contract said they "will make any effort to resolve the situation by providing alternate transportation or a refund solely at the company's discretion. Neither of those happened. I called upset, I admit I did end up raising my voice at the end because of how rude they were to me. He said that if I were to dispute this with a credit card company he would take me to court and have me arrested. Then he continued to hang up on me. I would have been ok if they had handled this in a better way.

Had an absolutely terrible experience. The bus broke down and the service violated its contract on providing a full refund or providing other transportation. I would never recommend this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT BOOK HERE! They broke our contract and do not care. This company will not do anything to help or listen to the terrible things that happened during our experience. They called us liars and bullies when we were just trying to communicate our experience. This is a sketchy company that makes you pay part of the contract in cash! Of our 4 hours booked, we only truly were riding in the bus for maybe 3 hours. The driver tried dropping us off early, yelled at us to get off multiple times when it was an hour before our drop off time. The driver was uneducated about how to set up the bluetooth. It is also a "renovated" city bus. It is a terrible company and you will not have a fun memorable time. Book with another legitimate company in Omaha instead.

They put my wedding party and friends in a bus with faulty breaks. They were smoking the entire trip no air flow. The driver also wasn’t stopping at stop signs or red lights. After checking them when we stopped they tried to put us on the same bus. The owner lied to my parents and said I chose a free ride over a full refund when he offered me a discount or a free ride. Now he won’t call me back
