Lydia was fabulous to work with during the planning process! Her work is beautiful! I would definitely recommend them for any future jobs!

The minute I entered Paperjoy, I travelled in time to a moment when store owners were attentive, caring and treated every customer like they were the only one!

I used Lydia and her team for my wedding invitations after visiting countless of other paper stores and printers. I had designed my own and I had gotten estimates from most of them. Then I drove pass Paperjoy and decided to stop. No appointment. Just looking at their papers I got more ideas, and the next day, Lydia brainstormed with me to take my ideas to the next level. Layers, twine, textures, it was so much fun!

But as most procrastinating brides, I kept postponing it and postponing it, until I only had a few days to print and ran back to Paperjoy. They didn't disappoint me! In one week, my cards were printed. I am very hands-on, so I showed up the day the were ready and help them put my invitations in envelopes and they even gave me a discount for my help!

Not only they were an amazing value and saved me money, they were a a fun bunch and a great resource in coming up with ideas, not only for the invitation but for my wedding overall.

Litia was really great to work with. She made the exact invitations I wanted, and even gave us personalized thank you notes as a special thank you. I really appreciate everything she did. Just make sure to call ahead before going to her store. It's a pretty small place, so an appointment is very necessary so she can give you the attention you need.

I loved my custom invitations and working with the girls at Paperjoy.
My husband and I were extremely happy with the end product and would
(and have) go back for any of our other paper needs.

We wanted something unique for our invitations. Fortune smiled on us in the form of Lydia and Baiba at Paperjoy in Arcadia. With my input, Paperjoy designed an invite that felt like you were opening a gift. We went with an art deco motif and used bold but simple graphic design. We got raves on the invites and it really cranked up the pre-wedding excitement for our guests.

I had purchased papers and pens from Paperjoy before I was in need of wedding invitations. So when the time came I was very excited to go through their selection.

But once I was there I was extremely disappointed. It all started from the moment I arrived. The owner barely said hello to me. After forcing herself to get up from her chair she said that she is very busy and what is it that I am looking for. After discussing what I was looking for, she showed me a few wedding invitations. She asked what my budget was and after informing her of it, she told me that I have seen enough and I should leave. She went back to her desk, sat down and continued finishing up another order. I was standing there, speechless. I felt a bit of prejudice from her. I am not blonde with blue eyes, as most of her clients are. I was disgusted by her treatment and would never shop at paperjoy or recommend it to anyone else. I took my business else where, spent double of what my budget was because of their great customer service. Paperjoy should learn a thing or two about customer service.
