-Flexibility to bring your own alcohol, which must be served by a licensed bartender, and choose from a variety of preferred caterers to fit any budget.

Orion Hill takes care of all of the set up and breakdown of our tables and chairs. We also handle all of the pre and post cleaning. We just ask that personal items be removed at the end of the rental period.

Booking your event

To secure your desired date, a $3,500 down payment is due at the time of the contract signing. 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months prior to your event date. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

*Payment schedule will be adjusted for weddings with shorter engagement periods.*

An additional security deposit of $500.00 is to be paid by separate check 1 day before the event. It will be returned to the client after the event if determined no damages were made from the event.
