Facilities and Capacity

One Barn Farm is a farm wedding venue that can accommodate groups of up to 185 people for wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and other special celebrations. The spacious barn features large rolling doors, balcony windows, cupolas, fans, and more. Aside from the barn, you may also use various other locations throughout the estate for your event. These spaces can include the Estate Lawn, the Orchard Lawn, the Terrace Garden, the Woodland Promenade, and The Prairie. No matter your vision, this venue has a space that could work perfectly for you.

Services Offered

One Barn Farm not only offers beautiful architecture, natural scenery, and accommodating event spaces but also amazing in-house event services that will give you the ultimate stress-free wedding experience. This flexible and easy-to-work-with venue allows you exclusive access to the property for up to two days prior to your event, allowing you to set up, plan, and relax on those days leading up to your wedding. Additionally, the venue allows you the opportunity and freedom to use any outside vendors of your liking so that you can create the perfect wedding experience based on your personal preferences, needs, and vision. One Barn Farm also offers get-ready rooms for day-of preparations, as well as some event rental items like the altar/arch for your ceremony. Wonderful!

We love one barn farm already but now we love it even more. Jenna was great to work with. The whole estate and barn is kept so clean and beautiful! It was a dreamy day. Pictures are from inside the barn, front of the estate house, and lawn.

Best venue

If we could give more than a 5 star review we would! As soon as we stepped foot on the property at One Barn Farm we fell in love with the venue! The Venue Coordinator was very welcoming, knowledgeable and went above and beyond from the start. The property was breathtaking and unique. The venue had flexible accommodations to fulfill our wedding day from start to finish. We were in close contact with the venue coordinator leading up to our wedding day. She was prompt to answer any questions we had and ease any stress we were feeling. Months after our wedding we were still getting compliments about how beautiful the venue and how flawless the day went. Thank you to everyone at One Barn Farm for making our dream wedding become a reality.

Most beautiful venue I've ever seen!

My daughter got married at One Barn Farm this past weekend. Everything was beautiful - the venue - the location - the gorgeous fall colors! Jenna and Eric were the best hosts and went far beyond what we would have expected from a wedding planners. Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed!

Excellent Venue

A simple 5-star review doesn’t do this venue justice. One Barn Farm was absolutely the most beautiful venue to host our wedding on 10/8/22, our guests raved about it. Not to mention, if you book this venue, you get Jenna and her husband Eric as your personal wedding coordinators for free and they are absolutely incredible at what they do. Our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without Jenna and Eric. I had been in constant communication with Jenna since the day I booked this venue over a year ago, she was excellent, and took care of all my needs. Any issues that arose on the day of our wedding was taken care of by Jenna without my knowledge, relieving any added stress. She is absolutely incredible at what she does, and made our wedding day more than I could even imagine. I absolutely recommend this venue to anybody! Thank you so much Jenna and Eric!

The perfect venue!

I just got married at One Barn Farm on 9/17/2022 and it was literally a DREAM! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and they utilize all of their land. All of my guests were amazed at how beautiful everything was. The venue coordinator, Jenna, is absolutely AMAZING! She is such a hard worker and works with you to make sure you get everything you want for your big day. She makes sure she is always in contact with you and puts your mind at ease. She is an expert at her job and makes sure that your day is set up perfect for you! My husband and I were absolutely over the moon with how beautiful and perfect everything turned out! They have a room on the premises where the groom and groomsmen can get ready and they have a whole house that is a two minute drive for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. The house is air conditioned, spacious, and has a kitchen with a fridge and a bathroom! It was so comfortable and enjoyable getting ready! I recommend One Barn Farm to everyone if you want the best venue ever for your wedding day! Thank you Jenna for EVERYTHING!

Perfect venue for our perfect day!

One Barn Farm fit all of our wedding needs and wants and exceeded them. There were so many options of where to have each part of the day and how we wanted everything to look. Jenna and Eric were so helpful in setting up and coordinating our special day! Our guests kept saying it was the most beautiful venue they’ve ever been to! We got married on the front lawn with the mountains in the background, had cocktail hour on the terrace, dinner in the barn that looked so beautiful when it was all finished, and dancing under the stars and lights outside which was our favorite part. We loved having the venue for 4 days and would recommend One Barn Farm to anyone considering getting married there!

Gorgeous venue!

We couldn’t recommend One Barn Farm enough!! The property is just gorgeous! Jenna is a rockstar and was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. The day flowed flawlessly thanks to her. Her husband, Eric, was also very helpful. It was very convenient that you could rent whatever you needed through the venue. If you are looking for a beautiful venue and want a stress free wedding, check out One Barn Farm! It was a plus that we could have our dog there.

The Perfect Wedding Venue

We are so happy that we decided to hold our wedding at One Barn Farm. We could not have made a better choice. Not only is the venue beautiful, but more importantly, the staff is phenomenal. Jenna was great from the very beginning in offering suggestions and recommendations for how the day would go. She had great references for local caterers whom they had worked with and the food was outstanding. On the day of the event, she was there from the very beginning to the very end. Nothing escaped her attention. Anything that had to do with the venue, decorations, the event, set up, take down, she was all over it. If we forgot something, she was there with a solution. She was able to listen and understand what we wanted to accomplish, and then help us to get it done as effortlessly as possible. Her attitude was always gracious, understanding and patient. Jenna and One Barn Farm are a great combination for any occasion. We are so grateful to her and her staff for making our day a truly memorable one.

Completely Amazing

First of all, I need to make it clear that our wedding fell during the year of a pandemic, so just about everything outside of the venue’s control seemed to go wrong. Despite all of that, I had a better experience with OBF than I believe I could have anywhere else during a normal year. They were the life saver that kept us afloat. Jenna is a work horse and always makes herself available for you, no matter the issue. She has personally helped us resolve countless problems that we encountered that had nothing to do with her or the venue just out of the kindness of her heart. Our problems were practically all resolved as soon as we encountered them, none of which I should mention were any fault of the venue’s, which was amazing to us during a year where unreliability was a common theme with our other vendors. Preparation was as stress-free as possible with Jenna on our team, and on the day of the wedding, she and her husband carried the weight of most of the coordination. I couldn’t believe the efforts they put in, and I’m eternally grateful because our pandemic wedding turned out to be literally everything and more. The owner also is a very very nice guy and is likely to pop in to your wedding to hang out and introduce himself. All-around this venue is good vibes and you would not regret having them behind you for the ups and downs and chaos of wedding planning!

Gorgeous Venue!!!

Honestly when my husband and I looked at this venue, we knew it was the perfect place to tie the knot! It is just gorgeous. There is so much space to have the rehearsal, ceremony and reception all at one location! Robin, Jenna and the rest of the team were great to work with and were great with coordinating our big day!
