We had my daughter’s wedding reception in May ‘24 and had the BEST vendor experience with 929! The venue itself is funky-beautiful and was a fun place to decorate. We were able to create a decent-sized dance floor by moving a few tables after the meal. They have a sound system available for use and it was easy to connect to. The food they provided was fun and casual and enjoyed by everyone. But the primary reason I would highly recommend this venue to anyone is that the management and staff are phenomenal! Soooo easy to work with! They were so accommodating with decor and menu. Always responsive to my many e-mails. Their default answer to nearly all of my questions was “yes”. They were willing to help as little or as much as we wanted with decorating, and they were helpful with clean-up. The only thing that could have been improved at all is that the main floor got very warm (but the botttom floor stayed cool). This was probably unavoidable, as we had a lot of people in a tight space, the door was constantly swinging open, and this is Mississippi. All in all, 929 was a lovely reception venue with even lovelier management/staff. Thank you for the wonderful memories 929!
