Niederman Farm was everything we could have ever wanted and MORE from a wedding venue! The barn is air conditioned and just beautiful. You are not allowed to take down any of the pictures from the walls, but it is an easy fix with white fabric or curtains. The property also has a white gazebo near a wooded area, which was absolutely beautiful for our ceremony. The barn accommodated 140 people for our wedding comfortably and the tables and chairs were supplied. There is also an amazing covered and well lit patio area where we were able to set up cornhole and giant jenga. You cannot beat the price of this venue, especially when every other barn with A/C around the greater Cincinnati area started at $2500 and up!!! I am so happy with our decision to have our wedding at Niederman, it was perfect and beautiful.

The Niederman family is well known throughout the area for all that they do and all that they give back to the community. It is very much an honor to have my wedding there. Mr. Niederman is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and is willing to help with just about anything. They charge a modest fee for the wonderful venue they provide. The barn is a 200 year old peg and wood barn with air conditioning and heating. In the summer time they have a large tent on the deck (which is included in the price) where you could have your ceremony if it rains. There is a gazebo and large field that you could also have a ceremony in, weather permitting. This is a working farm so there may be corn growing out front and chickens in the coop depending on what time of year you are there. If you have little ones at your wedding there is plenty of field space for them to play in. Overall it is a wonderful, family friendly venue for anyone looking for an affordable rustic site.

The perfect rustic reception for the unconventional couple. The barn is from the 1800s all original woodwork but they have added lights, bathrooms and AC. It is a "DIY" venue because you do have to bring in everything which is perfect for people looking for something different!

Mr. Niederman was wonderful from the very beginning of our wedding planning. We were able to reserve the barn for the day of and day before our wedding to give us plenty of time to set up. We had no time limit ("midnight" was the rough time we had to leave by), giving us the most value for the cost. the barn is beautiful and well-equipped, and the newly added-on tent on the deck saved us over $600! Mr. Niederman was always quick to respond and was always kind and courteous to us. I would support his business any day of the week.

We had a great wedding at niederman farm. Only complaint we have was that the cost of the facility only covered renting the facility that being said.... we had the facility ALL DAY which was absolutely unheard of and i truly appreciated it. Bob is an amazing and sweet man he helped make our dream come true!

I looked at other places to be sure, but I knew before we got there that this was going to be the perfect place for our wedding. The Niederman's are the sweetest, most easy going people you will ever meet - really just the nicest people to work with. Their rules are very simple and are easy to plan around. The barn was built in the late 1800's so it is beautiful all on it's own; we just need to add a few lights and personal touches and it will be ready to party. They provide chairs and table. You con set up any way you see fit. Price discount for Sunday events.
I really can't wait to get married there. If you are having a rustic, romantic, or vintage wedding, this would be a great place to fit your theme. I can't wait to see the kids playing cornhole, all my guests enjoying drinks on the deck, and dancing the night away inside the barn.

A really great place to have your reception. Mr. Neiderman is very helpful and willing to let you create the atmosphere you would like for your special day. I had a winter wedding, and I loved being able to have a romantic reception venue.

Beautiful barn, outside setting could of been nicer but for the price you can't beat it.

and most disrespectful people I have ever talked too. We told him we're cleaning right now and working on leaving and he told us no we weren't we were having fun and he thought that was unacceptable. He then continued to yell at us for about a minute and rudely walked out. I have never been treated with such rudeness. I completely understand why he was upset but there are many ways he could have said what he needed to say and not have ruined the end of our wedding night. He has also done the same thing before to other brides that I know. Seems like a nice affordable venue but be warned. The owner will ruin your wedding day without a care in the world. Horrible people skills and management.
