The people at Neustaedter's were wonderful to us every time we went into the store! We started browsing there when I was still in High School, and no one ever treated us worse because we were so young, which we got at other stores. The always had beautiful rings and other items, we purchased my engagement ring there, a custom design, and they were wonderful. They are a high end jewelers, and their prices are high, they don't over charge, but they do carry a rather limited selection for lower price ranges. That is really our only complaint. We love it there!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Neustaedter's is a family owned business, and very reputable in St. Louis. They have great jewelry and great service. They are known for their engraving work. They helped my fiance (now husband) pick out a fabulous engagement ring, and then helped us with the wedding bands as well. They do very quality work. They're a little more expensive than a store you'd find in a mall, etc., but they are so knowledgeable it's worth it!

I bought my husbands ring here. The staff was very nice in the store. His ring was "lost" for about 3 weeks, until the week before the wedding. Luckily it was found with 7 days to spare. A staff member was able to meet me closer to my house so I did not have to make the hour drive out to the store. I was very grateful for the extra customer service and my husband loves his ring. Even with the mix-up, I would go back.
