Deb is amazing. So flexible and such an easy place to have for your wedding with many ways to personalize your event.

We loved working with Jaime - she takes charge of all the organization and logistics of the event. During the summer, she has 1-2 wedding receptions a weekend, so she knows what she's doing. She walked us through every phase of the reception and helped us choose the menu, decor, music, lighting, and time-line. I have special dietary needs, so she worked with the chefs to make sure I would be able to eat everything. She also helped us do something a little different - an ice cream sundae bar instead of cake. She set everything up and it was absolutely beautiful! Our guests loved it, too. We really appreciated her flexibility and creativity. The whole staff at the Champion's Club was very professional, courteous, and provided quick service. Our guests never had to wait for food to be refilled-the staff was on top of everything. The only downside about the Champion's Club was the cost - it was a very expensive reception, but it was worth every cent!

I'm sad reading the other review because our experience wasn't like this. We started out with Jaime as our coordinator, and like the other reveiwer said, she was AWESOME! Gave us so much helpful advice and was going to provide a lot of extras with the price of the rental, like cake-cutting services. This is why we chose this place. Then, we go back for a meeting, and Jaime wasn't there, they had a new coordinator at that time, and no one told us Jaime wasn't going to be there. The new coordinator changed everything and nothing was going to be done for us. They wanted to charge for everything. We then had problems because we would e-mail the new coordinator for our event order and finally got one from her, but it was all wrong, so we continued to e-mail with no resonse. Finally I went to their web site and noticed someone else's name on there, so we contacted her, now she was the new person. We ended up meeting with her so we could feel more comfortable with her, and after some fight we did get all the things Jaime had promised us for free to actually be free. All in all, it worked out well and the staff with their catering was amazing. We got lots of compliments on the food as well. But they hire outside caterers so I wouldn't necessarily put that from them. I just wish Jaime would have been there all along, and then you probably would have gotten all 5's from me.
