Jennifer and her team were wonderful. She was easy to work with, took our request for specific photos, helped with an aisle runner problem during the ceremony and came to the rescue with safety pins for a dress during the reception! Did not realize how long it takes to get wedding photos and wanted to use a photo for the thank you's. Without asking, Jennifer edited a few for us early just so we could get our thank you's out in a timely manner. The thank you pictures were beautiful, can't wait to see the others!

Jennifer with My Studio 23 is fantastic! She did our engagement photos and our wedding photos. Everything turned out beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. We were able to pick our location for the engagement session. She was very creative with her photos and we got some really unique shots! She gave us CDs of all of our photos which is great! There are over 1000 photos from our wedding. We were able to print copies on our own with her permission.

Jenni and Ashley were so great! They prepared a timeline to keep us on track and so that everyone knew what to do and where to be at what time. They captured our day so well and we are so happy with our pictures!

Jenni made our engagement pictures and wedding pictures everything we could ask for. Incredibly affordable, easy to work with, and fun! Our consultation with Jenni went wonderfully. She's a pleasant person to work with and her packages are relatively cheap. However, on our wedding day and after, working with her was disastrous. She arrived late to our venue, which delayed the photos scheduled prior to our ceremony. After the ceremony, photos took much longer than anticipated, which kept our guests waiting at our cocktail hour for much too long. Additionally, she came ill-prepared. Prior to our wedding, I asked if I should provide her with a list of photographs that I wanted. She told me that she has a list that she always does and that she did not need a list from me. On our wedding day, she was unorganized with her photography. She missed several candid shots, that later had to be reenacted to honor the moment. Finally, she initially stated that she would only need a few weeks to edit our photos. However, she actually meant a few months. Overall, I was dissatisfied with her service and would not recommend her.
