Murchie Music Services is a wedding music company based in Bismarck, North Dakota, led by owner Maureen Murchie, a talented string musician. Maureen's career as a professional violinist and violist has brought her to stages all over the US and the world, from Carnegie Hall to Gilette Stadium. She also enjoys playing at weddings and other special events, designing performances that make couples feel uplifted and encouraged as they begin married life. She believes that the right music can make a wedding ceremony beautiful and meaningful for everyone in attendance. This is her goal with every event she is part of.

Maureen can perform as a soloist or collaborate with other string musicians for clients' events. As a renowned concertmaster and director of orchestras in the Bismarck area, she has built connections with some of North Dakota's finest ensembles and soloists. Maureen can assist couples with choosing their wedding setlist or add their favorite music to her repertoire! She offers packages for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or any other event a client wants to set to music. Ceremony packages include at least 20 minutes of prelude music to set the tone for the festivities and introduce guests to the exquisite melodies of Murchie Music Services.
