You made us feel absolutely comfortable with you, and as you know by now, my husband does not open up to people very easily. We can't tell you enough how much we appreciate the fact that you were there for anything and everything we needed. I knew that we had nothing to worry about when I had a question because you answered my emails and phone calls so quickly and always had an answer for me. I hope you didn't think I was a pest.
