Moments Photography VT is a wedding photography company based in Rutland, Vermont. Owners Sue Clark and Dan Lovell capture beautiful, timeless images that reflect the real you as a couple. They document every detail of your special day through fine art and boutique photography coverage from two different artists’ eyes. The team is passionate about creating photos that will turn into lasting memories.
Services Offered
Moments Photography VT captures images in a blend of contemporary, natural, photojournalistic, and traditional styles. With a two-person team available, every shoot gets the benefit of a second photographer. Because they don’t want any detail overlooked, they also offer additional hours, travel to multiple locations, and a commitment to only book one event per day. Proof of liability insurance is also provided. Before the wedding, Moments Photography VT offers couples boudoir and engagement shoots as well. After the celebration is complete, they also provide custom graphics, hand coloring, and toning. Their high-resolution images are available in many formats, including:

A dream come true!
We had such a wonderful time working with Sue and Dan for our wedding. They were a delight to work with both leading up and during the wedding, making everything seamless and enjoyable. Our photos are absolutely stunning and we will cherish them forever. Dan and Sue each have a their own style, and we’re so grateful to have both of their unique perspectives of our day. We would definitely work with them again for future opportunities, and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Layden Wedding
Sue and Dan are an incredible team! They did our engagement photos, as well as captured our wedding day. Both times, they made it so fun and were not afraid to face the elements with us! It was freezing cold for our engagement session and a total washout for our wedding day. They were so flexible with our plans shifting so much for the wedding. At the end of the night it was down pouring and they had my husband and I out in the rain and got some of the best pictures I've ever seen. Sue and Dan put so much thought and effort behind their work, yet make it feel so effortless for the couple they are shooting. If you're someone that's not used to being in font of the camera, this is the team for you. Sue and Dan have a way of making it seem so natural. From the portraits, to capturing people on the dance floor, to our detail photos, I can't stop obsessing over every picture. If you're looking for someone to capture every detail and embrace the whole day, Sue and Dan are your people! I can't say enough positive things about them. It's very clear that this is their passion and that they're genuinely just excited about the day as the couple getting married.

Out of this world
Dan and Sue are unlike any other photographers. I choose the package with the engagement photos and my wedding photos. Dan and Sue are so easy to work with and answered all my questions, plus gave me more ideas. The months leading up to my wedding day Dan and Sue would check in with me and make sure that I was on track. They helped me to figure out the groupings for my family photos and helped me figure out the timeline for the day of. The day of the wedding, Sue and Dan started right off by doing my detailed shots and getting some live action photos of getting ready. I had some ideas of my own, so Dan and Sue helped them come to life. The day went so smoothly and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I couldn’t recommend a better photographer for any wedding than Sue and Dan. I was amazed by their communication, professionalism, quality, and overall heart and dedication they put into making my day so magical. Thank you Dan and Sue!
