Chef Greg and his team catered our wedding and did not disappoint. From the start, Chef was very adamant on making sure that we got exactly what we wanted and sat with us multiple times to make sure that we were all on the same page. He was approachable, knowledgeable and extremely kind — genuinely a joy to work with. Although there were a few minor hiccups on the day of our wedding, we were extremely pleased by the services provided by Chef Greg. Chef is extremely talented and his food is delicious! We were so happy to have him on our wedding team.

We are so happy to have had Mirabelle Gourmet Catering for our wedding. I met Chef Gregiore Guiot at a local bridal show in Louisville. His table was beautiful, food delicious and serving staff professional. What really impressed me was that Chef Greg was present and able to answer questions about menus, venues he services and special requests. His lovely wife was there to schedule appointments to sit down and discuss menu options. We made an appointment and looked at his website. My fiancé and I were able to draft our dream menu for cocktail hour and dinner. After discussing options with Chef Greg we made our decisions. Next came the tasting! We went to Chef's kitchen and he served everything from hors d'oeuvres to dessert. From the beef Wellington appetizer to the prime rib with duchess potatoes and Yorkshire pudding the food was amazing. Chef was able to accommodate our vegetarian guests as well. We had so many compliments on the food. We wanted to serve a special meal to our guests and Mirabelle Catering surpassed our expectations. We will definitely use them for all our catering needs as they service all sizes of events. From a special dinner party in your home to a large event for 400. Greg and Mirabelle were phenomenal. We gave him our ideas and our budget and he created the perfect menu for our day. Our friends are still talking about how delicious our food was. Greg was friendly and helpful. The presentation was amazing. And his staff could not have been better. All our needs were catered to and quickly on the day. We never had to get our own drinks! We loved Mirabelle from our first tasting. You will not be disappointed. Simply, they were affordable and delicious.
