My husband and I hired michelle for our engagement session and wedding. Our engagement pictures turned out wonderful, but our wedding pictures fell flat. While the pictures themselves were good, she missed alot of shots. All the pictures of my wedding party walking are from the back (she did not even get all of them), I did not get hardly any of the kids in my wedding with the exception of my youngest niece, and the biggest dissappointment was we had the reception in downtown maryville at the capitol and she did not get out picture in front of the marque. She states it didnt turn out, and when asked about the missing shots I felt she took but we're missed, I was told she couldnt find them or didnt take them. While at the wedding she felt rushed and like she had better places to be, the overall experience was completely opposite of what we encountered with our engagement pictures. I asked for half of my money back because I was not happy with the wedding pictures, I was told I would get a call back but instead i got an email stating I should have looked over her work more to know what to expect, but ive actually been to a wedding she had done which is how I got her information, and got a terrible experience compared to what I had seen her do as well as the results of that wedding. Also in my contract it stated I would have a second shooter, and got a text from her a week prior promising me a second shooter to cover the wedding. When I asked where the second shooter was I was told she did not promise one, I only got one if she could find one available. She refused to give me half my money back but said she would do my anniversary pictures next year. Alot can change in a year, she could move or we could. My husband and i feel like she was very unprofessional and would not recomend to anyone, other than being unprofessional she is inconsistent.
