This cake was EVERYTHING AND MORE!!!! Taluana was professional, arrived on time, did exactly what we discussed beforehand and her execution of my vision was perfect. The cake was sooooo good I still have people asking about who made my cake weeks later. It was so good my husband and I came back from our honeymoon and defrosted some of the cake to eat because we couldn’t wait a whole year to taste it again lol she comes HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Taluana and her cakes do not disappoint! We gave her an idea of what kind of wedding cake we wanted and she took our ideas and created a cake that only dreams of made of. Taluana is a dream to work with and easily worked with our budget. We ended up going with a vanilla cake with dulce de leche and a lemon cake with berries filling and all our guests just raved about how much they enjoyed the cake. We asked that she decide which flavor the top of the cake would be so that we would be surprised on our year anniversary. Thank you Taluana for being a part of our special day!

Great tasting cake. Her presentation during the cake tasting was great and her price was well within our set budget. Everyone loved the cake we ate the top layer the day after the wedding hahaha. Guess well have to order another again for our one year!

Talauana is a true artist in every sense of the word. I’ve requested all kinds of cakes from her including a cheetah face for my daughter’s 7th birthday and she made a cake that looked so life that it was almost hard to cut into it and mess up the perfect looking cake. But having tasted many of her cakes before (I only use Talauana now for all of our adult and kid birthday parties), I was soooo ready to bite into it. The flavors that she uses are incredible. She includes a choice of a base cake flavor, buttercream and/or fondant topping and (the best part) a filing inside. To me the filing is what makes her cakes stand out from the rest in terms of flavor. My favorite is the dulce de lèche but I’ve had many of her cakes and quite frankly all the flavors are good! Meringue Delight offers the entire package: beautiful, artistically made cakes that taste as good as they look!
