I cannot say enough good things about Melissa and her team. I came to her asking for a wedding cake that was different from standard white and had fall flavors, and she made the most incredible cake I have EVER tasted. I am usually not a huge cake fan which is why I wanted something special, but when I tell you that this is the one cake I could eat for every meal, you know it's good. Top tier was french toast flavor, and bottom tier was classic white with special icing. Everyone at my wedding had to come tell us how good the cake was. Not only was it delicious, but she executed the look I asked for even better than it was in my head. I will never come back to Blairesville without stopping by for something sweet. I will also never forget the memory of sitting on the countertop in my new home because we still have no furniture, 2 weeks after my wedding, savoring every last bite of the STILL delicious best cake from my favorite day. Thank you so much for such an important task so perfectly executed, Melissa. I look forward to seeing you again.

We loved our cakes from Melissa's! Both my daughter and several of our guests are gluten free, so we had to hire a baker who knew how to make a delicious and beautiful gluten free cake. We also wanted a non-gluten free options, so we discussed how we might display the wedding cake and cut the cake without cross contamination. Thankfully, we used the Royal Wedding as our example, and went with "deconstructed cakes".... which were beautiful and practical for our dietary restrictions. Melissa made our cakes tasty and gorgeous... Thank you!

Melissa did such an amazing job with our cakes. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the sheet cakes she did to go along with the 3 tiered cake she did. I could not have been happier with the taste or presentation. Will be using her again for some upcoming birthdays.

BOOK HERE!!!!!!!!! I never dreamed of cake so awesome! People are STILL raving about them! The bridal cake was soooo elegant and well made. The quality amazing and everyone kept talking about how it was the best tasting wedding cake they have ever had. We had a different flavor for every layer and each one was to die for. Now dont even get me started on the grooms cake! We found a random picture on pinterest of a Groomscake that was an Auburn cooler filled with ice and beer bottles and it seriously took people an hour to even realize it was a cake. It was that well done! NOBODY could believe that the bottles were made out of sugar, they looked EXACTLY like a beer bottle. We have funny videos late night of my husband "eating glass" that should be a youtube hit. It was a chocolate cake and it was seriously the best chocolate cake i have ever tasted. I am not even a cake person, much less a chocolate person and i could not stop eating it! I wish i had the opportunity to meet Melissa when she dropped the cakes off and give her a hug because they really were the icing on the cake to a perfect wedding. :)

Melissa is absolutely amazing! When we had our first tasting for our wedding - we knew we absolutely had chosen the perfect baker. She was so excited to design our wedding cake and her cakes taste AMAZING! Then, when we saw our cake on our wedding day we were floored! It was EXACTLY what we wanted and it looks so beautiful!! Don't even get me started on the taste! I about died when I tasted it. Thank you so much Melissa - you are so so very talented! I would recommend her to anyone!!

We were SO pleased with our BEAUTIFUL wedding cake. Melissa has done many cakes for our family, so I wouldn't have trusted my cake with anyone else. It was DELICIOUS and beautiful all at the same time. Plus, our groom's cake was such a big hit! We had a UGA bulldog cake that looked like "Uga." Everyone thought it was too real looking to be a cake! It was delicious as well. I highly recommend Melissa!

OMG! My cake and the groom's was awesome. The wedding cake was Chocolate and chocolate mousse. The groom's cake was vanilla bean ice cream and vanilla cake - in the shape of a Pearl Drum. Both cakes were really tasty. If I lived closer, I'd most likely order one for just myself and hide it :)

Melissa's Cakes and Goodies was a really great choice for our cake. We decided to have a 2 tier cake for us to cut and let the guests have cupcakes to eat. They were all gorgeous and tasted amazing!! They were moist and the combinations of the cake, the filling, and the icing were awesome! Everyone was raving about how delicious they were and I saw several people returning for seconds or thirds!!

Both the wedding and groom's cake were beautiful and most importantly...DELICIOUS!!!
