I originally found our gorgeous blue hydrangea invitations on pintrest before my husband and I were even engaged (every girl can dream, right?). I immediately fell in love, and I was thrilled when we were able to make them fit our wedding budget. Shanon was attentive and always responded within a few days via etsy. However, despite our numerous communications about every detail of our invitations, I was disappointed when we received the final product in the mail and they were different than what we had discussed and ordered. The supplier had apparently sent her the wrong materials, however, this was not communicated with me. Subsequently the top ivory linen layer of the invitation, which included the hand painted hydrangeas (the focal point) and the hand painted accents were much smaller than the sample I had ordered. By shrinking the top layer, the font was very small, making it difficult to read, specifically for our older guests. When I contacted Shanon about it, she did offer to remake them, however, at that point it was too late to get them sent out in time.
Despite this lack of communication, I received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the invitations were. My now mother in law framed and mated our invitation as a wedding gift, so it will be something that we hang in our house and admire for years to come -- they are that beautiful! Shanon does create beautiful works of art, and I am happy that we used this vendor for our invitations.
