The Kalama Harbor Lodge is a tropical-inspired oasis situated along the Columbia River in Kalama, Washington. Nestled beautifully between Kalama’s landmark totem poles and the marina at the Port of Kalama, the property takes inspiration from the Pioneer Inn in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. The Kalama Harbor Lodge offers picturesque views and professional service.
Facilities and Accommodation
The Kalama Lodge has a variety of event and function rooms, each of which can be set up in a different style which will dictate the number of guests. The Old 97 room can either be split into a north and south room or kept whole. At 1,200 square-feet, the Old 97 room can hold up to 100 guests. The Old 97 Room North is 600 square feet and can hold a maximum of 49 guests. At 580 square feet, The Old 97 South holds up to 45 guests. The Kalama Lodge has 40 guestrooms all with bathrooms, television, free WiFi, and individual lanais. Selected rooms also offer a beautiful view of the river.
The Kalama Lodge also has several attractions, these include the pub with an outdoor wrap-around patio. The Harbor lounge serves handcrafted ales, cider, wines, spirits, and more. The Cloud bar offers a birdseye view of the Columbia River and offers signature tropical drinks or freshly poured ale from the on-site brewery. Guests can watch the boats come and go with a craft beer in hand.
Catering Services
Couples can browse the island-inspired buffet offerings made with fresh ingredients and featuring homemade desserts. From the North Shore buffet with Island Slaw to the Three Rock Jerk Chicken, couples can choose specialty offerings and design their menu service to best suit them and their guests. Other catering choices and services include family style, hors d’oeuvres, pizza, fireside buffet, roadhouse barbecue buffet, garden party, and more.
Services Offered
The Kalama Lodge offers a wide range of services to help with event setups and entertainment equipment. Already included in the starting price fee, couples get chairs, tables, linens, glassware, flatware, setup, cleanup, fine china, and parking access. Catering and bar services also include desserts, servers, cake cutting, bartenders, choice of open or limited bar, and champagne toasts. Event services include event rentals, lighting and sound, and liability insurance.
