We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Masia Cabellut. From the moment we first started planning until the end of our wedding weekend, the experience was exceptional.

We stayed on the property for three nights during the low season (March 2026) with our immediate family, and it was the perfect way to begin our wedding celebrations. The estate is breathtaking—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by endless vineyards that make every corner feel special. Having the property entirely to ourselves made it feel intimate and relaxing, allowing us to truly enjoy time with our families before the wedding. The wine produced on the property is outstanding and very reasonably priced, which was an added bonus for both us and our guests.

On one of our planning trips before the wedding, Jean Pierre personally spent time with us selecting the wines that would be served throughout our celebration. His passion for the vineyard, knowledge of the wines, and thoughtful recommendations made the experience so enjoyable, and serving wines that we had personally selected with him made our wedding day feel even more meaningful.

Our ceremony overlooking the vineyards at sunset was honestly more beautiful than we could have imagined. So many of our guests told us it was one of the most beautiful wedding venues they had ever experienced, and the scenery alone made our destination wedding unforgettable.

One of the things we appreciated most was the flexibility of the venue. We were able to host events in multiple locations throughout the property over the course of our wedding weekend without additional or hidden venue fees. Each space had its own unique atmosphere—from welcome gatherings to the ceremony and post-wedding celebrations—and the property never felt limiting. The on-site staff were consistently kind, accommodating, and eager to help whenever we needed anything. They truly made us and our families feel at home.

Planning a destination wedding from abroad can be stressful, but Jurate made the process incredibly smooth. Communication was always prompt, organized, and seamless. She quickly answered our questions, provided photos whenever we requested them and shared trusted vendor recommendations. We always felt supported and confident that everything was on track.

One piece of advice for future couples: Masia Cabellut is an extraordinary venue, but it functions primarily as the venue rather than a full-service wedding planning company. We highly recommend hiring an experienced wedding planner who is familiar with Tarragona vendors and local logistics. Since the venue is located about an hour from both Barcelona and other major cities, having someone who understands transportation and regional coordination is invaluable and allows you to fully enjoy everything this incredible venue has to offer.
