Marie was such a joy to work with, not only on my wedding day but for my bridal hair trial and getting my hair done for our rehearsal dinner. I have very long, thick hair so my biggest concern was making sure it stayed together the entire evening but after my first visit with Marie I knew there was nothing to worry about. There were eight girls in total getting their hair done and Marie completely understood that we didn’t want to get up at the crack of dawn to make sure everyone could get their hair done in time. She brought in two other girls that she works closely with and what a great group of people, everyone works so well together and they fit right in with all of us on the wedding day. We had so much fun for the few hours that we were all getting our hair done. My biggest piece of advice is when Marie tells you to do the bridal package…listen to her! It makes such a difference to have her wash and style your hair the day before and is what I attribute to holding my hair together throughout the evening. Thank you Marie for being part of our wedding day and providing such a great service and even better company.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED!!! my wedding hair! And loved getting it done!! Marie showed up on time (early actually) and got straight to work... she was so easy and fun to be with. I planned my wedding remotely and arrived in Savannah with next to no time to meet the vendors so I was both relieved and impressed to work with someone so incredibly talented. I wish I could do it all again! I highly recommend!

I have visited marie a few times for my hair now, and love her work! Having long curly hair, I always have a challenge finding someone who can work with my hair and I have not been disappointed with cut or color from marie!!!

Marie did my hair for my outdoor November wedding in Savannah. She is such a sweet and personable person that I think she would be great in any setting and with any number of people in the wedding party to attend to. I did a trial with her and she gave me some great advice about how to get my hair to the condition it needed to be for the day-of. We played with some variations of the style that I was thinking of until we hit on just the right thing. I had initially planned for her to do my makeup too, and she did a beautiful job of it at my trial. But when a friend of mine who is also a makeup artist offered to do it as a gift to me, Marie was very understanding about the change. She also was flexible when I asked if she could use that time instead to do my grandmothers hair and makeup, which looked great too!

I had a very low-key day-of preparation time, my fiance and I got ready together (she even offered to style his hair!). She was perfectly suited to just hanging out with us, and letting us have some quiet time before the ceremony.

My style held up really nicely, she even gave me advice about how to touch it up if need be.
