Based out of Saint Louis, MO, Luna + Co. Wedding and Event Planning, is an inclusive woman-run wedding planning company. Alexandra, Jazmin, and Sophia are a trio of friends, co-owners, and planners. Our favorite part of the job is meeting YOU (new couples) and creating each unique dream day.

We strive to make your special celebration an exceptional occasion for you and your loved ones, regardless of timeline, budget, or vision.

Luna + Co. offers day-of coordination, a la carte (e.g., budgeting, invitation design, RSVP tracking, and wedding website creation), partial and full-service wedding planning for your special day - all starting with a complimentary consultation.

We recommend hiring Alexandra!

Hiring Alexandra was one of the best decisions we made for my daughter’s wedding! I was looking for a day-of coordinator to help with the set-up for the ceremony and reception. She went above and beyond what was expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how much Alexandra communicated with us prior to the wedding day. She checked in with us on a regular basis, answered questions and even provided emotional support. She was our go-to person for all questions and issues. On the day of the wedding, she was indispensable. She was involved in many different aspects of the set-up, ceremony, and reception. She was extremely organized and attentive. We had an issue with a vendor and she tended to it in a confident, calm and professional manner. I was worried the issue with the vendor might prevent her from completing some of the other tasks, but she did not miss a beat. Thanks to Alexandra, I was able to enjoy every minute of my daughter’s special day. I highly recommend Alexandra!

Unmatched Service and Dedication!

We worked with Alexandra and the Luna & Co. team for over 1.5 years to plan our wedding. Throughout that entire time, Alexandra was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! She understood our vision, helped us find vendors that were personalized to our wedding and style, gave us helpful reminders and suggestions, and just made our whole wedding planning experience A LOT LESS STRESSFUL! On top of this, when a tornado hit St. Louis two weeks before our wedding and derailed parts of our big day, she put in so much extra time and work to problem solve and coordinate plan B's and C's with us. Her service went so far above the usual call of duty, we were just blown away. I know that she would do the same for any of her couples, because she understands what this day means for everyone involved in the event (brides/grooms, parents, attendees, etc). Alexandra and our day of coordinator Molly truly made our dreams come true and I know that you will have an amazing experience as well! Thank you again!

Invaluable Support for a Beautiful Day

Hiring Luna + Co was one of the best decisions we made in planning a 250-guest wedding in only six months! We knew we wanted to do a lot of the planning ourselves and were initially reluctant to use a professional planner/coordinator, but with Luna + Co's partial planning option, we got the best of all worlds and an incredible value for the many services that Alexandra, Jazmin, and Sophia provided.

The Luna + Co team kept track of our vendor contracts, joined calls with vendors whenever we wanted them to, and helped keep us organized with regular check-ins throughout the planning process. They offered recommendations, advised us on logistical questions, and focused on what was most important to us. For example, we had 20+ kids at our reception, and the Luna + Co team helped us come up with a "kid zone" and coordinated with our caterer to make sure kids' meals were ready a little before the adults ate dinner.

On our wedding weekend, Alexandra joined for our ceremony rehearsal, and I don't know what we would have done without her. We had an interfaith (Catholic + Jewish) ceremony, so it was a little outside everyone's comfort zone and there was no real template to follow, but Alexandra took charge in the most kind yet firm way and made sure everyone knew what was happening and all of the items we needed were organized and stored safely. It honestly relieved so much stress that day knowing she would be on hand for the ceremony itself.

And then on the day of the wedding, we were truly able to just be present and enjoy the moment with our loved ones, because the Luna + Co team handled everything behind-the scenes. That included an impressive turnaround reception setup (since we couldn't access our reception venue until later in the day), troubleshooting various misplaced decor materials, and gracefully finding spots for two surprise (but wanted!) guests.

Throughout the process, the team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They were easy and fun to work with. We know our large guest count and unique venue made our wedding logistically challenging, but the Luna + Co team was always encouraging, positive, and found ways to make things possible. We would highly recommend Luna + Co to anyone and everyone!

Do yourself a favor and hire them immediately!

I can't say enough positive things about this team! They are absolutely WONDERFUL to work with - from start to finish, their communication was excellent, their organizational skills and suggestions were top notch, and they're just fun to be around. They worked their butts off on our project and they were incredible in every aspect of our shoot. Not only did they recommend other excellent vendors, but they executed everything flawlessly. I love these girls and can't wait to work with them again!

Events by Alexandra is the absolute best

We hired Alexandra as our day of coordinator and honestly, I wish we could've hired her to plan our wedding from start to finish. We knew the moment that we met with Alexandra that we would be in great hands. Alexandra checked in with us constantly, coordinated with our vendors, created our timeline, ran our rehearsal and dinner, set-up and tore down our ceremony and reception, kept everything running smoothly and so much more. She is SO organized which is return kept me organized. Our parents and bridal party had nothing but amazing things to say about Alexandra, and we all are so grateful to her for making our day perfect. Rest assured that if you have the opportunity to work with Alexandra, you're guaranteed the best wedding day and you won't worry about a thing. Working with Alexandra is one of the parts that I miss about wedding planning!

Amazing and helpful

We were planning a wedding in St. Louis from out of town and Alexandra was there for us every step of the way! She did a great job communicating with vendors and supporting us. She was great when we had an issue with our venue the day of and handled it so well!

Incredible and sweet day of coordinator!

Alexandra is amazing! As our wedding approached, we realized how helpful a day-of-coordinator would be and thankfully Alexandra was ready to jump in and learn about our vision for the wedding and quickly became acquainted with our vendors! She made sure our wedding weekend went smoothly and I do not know what we would have done without her! She was patient, resourceful, and professional!

Lifesavers!

Alex and her team were truly lifesavers. We hired Alex as our Day-Of Coordinator and it was the best decision. We had check-in calls leading up to the day, she gave great recommendations for vendors, she gave reassurance when I was panicking, and overall her communication was wonderful. She was responsive and always helpful. The day-of went super well due to her and her team running the show. I was able to breathe knowing she was directing everything, which led to me actually enjoying all the special moments. I highly recommend Alex to all brides!

Alexandra is the best!

Alexandra was incredible every step of the way. From our first meeting together, to the day of the wedding, I had full trust in her. She made sure everything went smoothly before, during, and after the wedding so that I could fully enjoy and be present for the day. Every idea and plan we ran by her was well executed and I’m just so so thankful! If you’re wondering if you should spend the money on a wedding coordinator, the answer is 100% yes.
