From the very beginning, my husband and I knew we wanted a person of faith to marry us. We came across Reverend Carmichaels page and set up a call. From the first call, we knew that he was the one we wanted to marry us. His wisdom, kindness, and generosity is so unmatched. What I love most about him is that he will not marry a couple without having council sessions beforehand. Each session was enlightening and couldn’t wait for the next one. He every much cares about what YOU want as well, he even asks what you would like him to wear. He leaves it totally up to you ! He offered even to come up to my bridal suite and have his wonderful wife say a prayer with my MOH and I before I walked down the aisle. That was the most memorable moment for me. Our wedding experience with Live Well and Reverend Carmichael was WONDERFUL. We felt love, we felt that we were in the most capable hands. Marriage is serious business, and this was a second wedding for myself and my husband so we wanted to get it right! We took full advantage of the counseling sessions offered, and started our marriage off on a rock-solid foundation. It was a beautiful ceremony, and the time we spent with Reverend Carmichael gave him much insight into us as a couple, and he was able to craft a very personal and moving wedding talk. Pastor Carmichael responded to my inquiry on wedding wire within 5 minutes and we spoke for about 10 minutes. During the conversation he asked about my story and was elated about the love I felt for my husband. My husband and I met with Pastor Carmichael at Live Well church and received counseling, after which we decided he was the one to officiate our ceremony. He advised us on the blue print for our ceremony and the ceremony was beautiful and was as symbol of our faith and commitment to one another. We received so many compliments from our guest regarding the ceremony, that one of our guest wants to have the Pastor officiate there vow renewal. We have since gone back to attend a service and the warm reception we received from the church family was such an honor. After the ceremony Pastor Carmichael and First Lady Yevette prayed with us and they are just so encouraging that we feel blessed that they helped to guide us on our journey.
