I was planning a party of 190 people and needed table cloths and chair covers. Although I had never heard of Linen Table Cloth, the company was recommended by a friend. I worked with Kaitlyn P on correcting a problem that I had and she was very professional and courteous. This is the only business I would use for renting table cloths in the future as they exceeded the time initially stated in delivering my order.

PROS:
- Much much much cheaper to buy here than to rent through most vendors!
- Good quality! None of our guests or family members noticed quality issues. (Tablecloths are not something you should be worried about on your wedding day)
- Shipped quickly

CONS:
- They are shipped folded, so they will be creased. We unfortunately realized this the day before the wedding and ended up sending them through our steam washer a few times. We ultimately ended up using the IRON to get the creases out. I would recommend laying these out on a bed or a flat place so the creases can work themselves out over time. Lightly fold them before you head to the venue and try to keep them folded for as little time as possible.

Let me just tell you about this company!! I ordered my linen for a birthday party last Saturday. I thought my package would be delivered within a week so i chose home delivery. It continued to say pending for a few days so I called and spoke with Amber( Never leave a message or think live chat will work.. it will not..call and call and call again until you get through) and she explained everything to me and i was okay with the answer. Two days later , same status! I spoke w/ Kineslesha and she was rude and didn't want to help. I asked if i could change the delivery to rush and she flat out said no so i cancelled the order so i could reorder. well the price changed. Spoke w/ Lisa who was a GOD SENT! she reordered everything for me and i was able to get the two day delivery. Now, today, i get an email saying it wouldn't be here until Monday...i need it by Saturday. After being on hold for 30 well worth the wait minutes with Amber again, she upgraded my order so that i would have it by Saturday with no cost to me. THANK YOU AMBER AND LISA. You have a client for life since i am an event planner!! Thank you!!

Great website for buying linen for a price that will fit your budget!

We ordered our linens from this website. At first i was worried but everything came out great. Much cheaper than renting them as well :)

I was very worried about purchasing table cloths online for our outdoor wedding, but after researching other rentals and comparing prices, we decided to go for it-and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made! We saved hundreds of dollars, they came quicker than expected, and the colors were accurate and beautiful. My only complaint was the wait time on the phone to place the order, but they were totally worth that wait!!!!

The quality of products is very good. So also is the customer service. I chatted with Sierra.T. and she took her time to answer my questions

I order my sashes and runners from this business on 02/08/16, my funds from my account was taken out on the purchase date. It is now 02/16/16 my order is still sitting there in queue saying "pending fulfillment" there is no description on the website to tell you what that really means. I have emailed and called several times and have not yet received a response, I have even tried live chat and a representative is never available. The times when I have called during business hours they keep you on hold for 15-20 minutes only to tell you that no one is available to speak with you and your can leave a message. I find that their service is unreliable and deceitful. Runners and sashes are key décor in a wedding and to not know when they are going to arrive or if they will arrive is simply disgusting. Especially when you have spent money on them you deserve some type of update, and to think I was going to buy chair covers from them!!! NO WAY they just lost a valuable customer NOW ALL I want is MY MONEY BACK!!! I DONT EVEN WANT THE PRODUCT ANYMORE!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!!!
