Everyone LOVED the selfie station. We did this in place of favors and everyone loved it so much. There were people at the camera all night. It was never without a person taking a picture. Super easy to use and so much fun. They had options for backgrounds as well as options for a border for the pictures, which I loved having. HIGHLY recommend.

We signed a contract with LeeHaw 11 months before our wedding date, and had no issues. They were kind, responsive, and had great work on their website! We chose to add on printed photos for guests to keep as favors, and a photo guest book for ourselves to take home. Everything was fine until the day of our wedding.

On our wedding day, the company Kapture photobooth was present instead of LeeHaw. I later saw on instagram that LeeHaw was at another wedding. LeeHaw never once informed us of this and it was not in our contract. I was willing to let it go and not question it until I learned of how many things went wrong.

The photos were dark, there was no pen provided for the guest book with black paper (and thus no signatures in the guest book) and the overlay I had approved 3 weeks prior now had my name spelt incorrectly.

I emailed LeeHaw the next morning and they responded right away. They were very apologetic, and offered us a full refund. They also edited the photos to be brightened, have the correct overlay, and shipped us the new photos printed to our door within 3 days of my email. They are very dedicated to their customers and did everything they possibly could to make it right. I have attached a before and after example of how the photos looked on our wedding day, and after they fixed them a few days later.

I really do like the ladies that own LeeHaw, but they absolutely should not have lead us to believe they themselves would be at our wedding when they planned to hire Kapture in their place. If I had known about Kapture in advance I would have hired a different company all together and could have avoided all of these issues.
