I have to be honest, we looked at this vendor only because the location was convenient for us. However, when we met with the owner we were blown away by their floral arrangements, their beautiful little shop, and the personal touches! I provided a few pics of our color scheme and some basic ideas, and Lavender Hill made everything exactly as we dreamed! I recommend any arrangement with dried lavender, because even though the petals are dried and flake a bit, the relaxing aroma is just what every bride needs on her special day.

Carolyn is a life-changing force in the world of wedding events and florals. So much so that my lead wedding planner was inspired to name her second-born after her!

I don't know what we would have done without Carolyn and her team. We had lined up another florist recommended by the venue who pulled out on us less than two months before the wedding. Carolyn came through, answering any and all questions from the planners and tackling a complex stage design for the religious portion of our ceremony (essentially a four pillared stage with florals in the front.) She also provided a solution to help us mitigate some setup costs for the back portion of our Hindu ceremonial stage, which saved us hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. She is not only lovely to work with, but patient, kind, and honest. My dad is a bit older now and had lots of questions about the florals and events as well as proposal, and she patiently walked him through everything, even adding some additional smaller items at the last minute.

Not only were her logistics on-point, but the design...OH the design. My guests could not stop commenting about my bouquet as well as the bridesmaids. Bouquets are not common in Indian weddings, and I was trying to cut costs and make mine simpler. Carolyn met me in the middle, and provided me a smaller sized bouquet but with my absolute FAVORITE flowers...peonies. She sourced them all the way from Alaska for me. It was so thoughtful and brought tears to my eyes when I found out. Then, of course, the excitement hit!

From the first meeting, Carolyn was extremely professional, knowledgeable, organized, and helpful. She sent our proposal almost immediately after our meeting with her vision and ideas. The bride and bridesmaid bouquets were absolutely gorgeous and we received numerous compliments on our flowers in general. I would HIGHLY recommend this florist for weddings!

Carolyn did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding! My bouquet especially was my favorite we had my grandpas handkerchief and grandmas earring incorporated into it. Definitely recommend lavender hill for your special day!

Carolyn created exactly what I envisioned for my wedding flowers! The church and reception venue were stunning. My cascading bouquet was absolutely beautiful. My mother and I met with her months in advance with our ideas. She spent over an hour with us discussing how we could bring our vision to a reality while also providing her ideas and advice. Throughout the process she was very timely in communication and always checked to make sure we understood what we were getting. Carolyn and her team have an amazing eye for design! I absolutely adored my flowers at my wedding. When I went to see a florist I really had no idea what I wanted for flowers. I knew the colors but I had no idea what would look the best. I told the florist the look I would like for my flowers and she worked her magic. My flowers were amazing and was exactly what I had envisioned.

I highly recommend Lavender Hill for any event. The did a beautiful job for my wedding. The flowers were gorgeous and just as I had dreamed. They were very professional and helpful every step of the way.

Everything Lavender Hill did for my wedding exceeded my expectations. After changing my mind on flowers/colors/textures at least 4 times, Carolyn was more than patient with me, helping me come up with my vision. I was able to give her some samples of things I liked, and the rest of it I put in her hands. On the day of my wedding, I can honestly say that people were "WOW'ed" by what they saw. We got married at Huber's Winery, and we went all-out with flowers outside. We were able to rent items to help decorate in addition to the florals. All of my friends said that it was hands-down the most gorgeous wedding they'd been to.

I was also able to order my invitations through Lavender Hill, and Carolyn was able to connect me with a great day-of coordinator, too.

When it comes down to it, you get what you pay for, and Lavender Hill blew me away with what I was able to get for my wedding. I would definitely recommend them again.
