Larissa completed my wedding photography in November of 2013 and currently I still do not have my photos and she has completely cut me off from communication. So from my wedding I have 1 picture to treasure that once in a lifetime day. I have gone through measures of Better Business Breu and the States Attorney General. I have paid her in full and in my mind she has completely scammed me. Communication is a huge aspect of running a business and her business tactics have been completely negative. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMEMEND HER TO ANYONE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE! Please spread the word so other newly weds do not have to go through what me and my husband have gone through.

Larissa was amazing on our wedding day. However, she told us it would take 12 weeks to receive our photos back. 12 weeks came and went. She gave us multiple dates (at least 4 or 5) on when the pictures would be done. After many many months she would not respond to any of our emails, messages, voicemails (etc.). After 6 months from our wedding date I finally threatened to take her to small claims court. I finally received my photos back 7 months later, after going through a mutual friend. 7 Months! I am very sad because the quality of the pictures is not what I had hoped and nothing like the work she posts on her website/facebook. For the money we invested it is very heart breaking. She said she did not manage her time well last year and is supposedly taking all the steps to correct that....sadly that does not make our situation any better. I know at least two other couples taking her to small claims court, and many others who have said they cannot get a hold of her and will not return their messages. I wish Larissa well and hope she can make the proper changes to her business so nobody else has to go through what my husband and I went through to get our wedding photos back.

We signed a contract with Larissa for her to do our wedding. The package included an engagement session. We had that session with her last July and made a payment in the fall. Since then, we have made numerous attempts to contact her and have had no response. We got married last weekend, July 11th, so obviously we were forced to go with someone else. Does anyone know what has happened to her or what is going on?

I got my senior picture done by Larissa and she said it would take 4 weeks to get them done and 4 weeks later nothing was done. She finally got them done about 3 weeks later! I liked the pictures for the most part, but once I contacted her about getting the book of all the pictures and pictures that are larger than an 8x10 she never replied! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HER! She will waste your money and your time! She is never unprofessional and you will regret going to her!
