Lakay Cuisine is a wedding catering company operating out of Lithia Springs, Georgia. Originally from Haiti, owner and Executive Chef Davie Noelsaint named his restaurant “Lakay”, which means “home” in Haitian Creole, to honor his heritage. Chef Dave packs each and every dish with the spices of his island home in order to bring the Caribbean to the United States. He and his chefs source their meats and produce locally and use the finest and freshest ingredients in order to create unique and delicious meals.
Lakay Cuisine offers a full-service catering menu that can be customized for birthday parties, corporate events, and wedding receptions. Entrees include such Haitian delicacies as conch stew, griot, and oxtails, which can come in half-pans or whole pan that feeds 25 people. Sides such as mac au gratin, red beans and rice, and plantains are also available.
