Schafer's did a fantastic job at my wedding in July 2010. Fantastic food and wonderful service!

We had a "served" dinner for 200 at $20 each. After linen rental this came out to $4405.00. The food was very good, but if I had to do it over, I would have just had a buffet style ($15/person) because it was not served in the style that a restaurant is served (trays and a waiter), but on carts and only 2-3 people to serve. This took a lot of time to serve this many people and I thought the cart thing was sort of tacky. But, like I said, the food was good and our guests seemed to enjoy it. I would hire them again, but only to do buffet style. Karen (owner) is nice, but sometimes hard to get a hold of. FYI

Excellent food however very over priced. The florist also worked with the caterer and charged over the top as well. The biggest disappointment was all the left over food that we paid for was not given to us but to their employees. They also took my cake which was made from another vendor. Very disappointed and upset that we paid over 5000 for food and we couldn't even take what was left home to feed our families that have traveled for our wedding. I do not recommend this caterer to anyone!!!
