I cannot rave enough about Kelsey!! She truly is amazing at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable. Kelsey has a way of bringing out the best in every person and couple making for the most authentic and incredible video! Not to mention that she goes out of her way to get to know you and your partner before the big day. What more could you ask for?

We booked Kelsey's videography services in 2020 for our 2021 wedding and then both countersigned a new contract for our 2022 wedding when we had to postpone due to COVID. Fast forward to one month out from our 2022 wedding when we reached out to schedule a final logistics call, and Kelsey informed us for the first time that she claimed to have voided our contract. In an oversight on our part, we neglected to pay the first deposit last fall although we never received any reminder or link to pay our first deposit, just a sudden announcement that she was voiding our contract a month before the wedding when I reached out to her to make final plans.
She claims that this failure to pay the deposit was her reason for not fulfilling the contract, but the contract did not allow for termination for late payment of the deposit, particularly under these circumstances. Kelsey let us know the going rate for her services has increased significantly so it's pretty clear there was something else going on.

She then informed us (a month out from the wedding) that she would only keep us as clients if we accepted an 82% price increase, even though she shared that none of her other COVID-postponed couples had any price increase. Again, she claims this is all because we missed a small deposit, that she never even reached out to collect and one we would have immediately paid, had we known.

We do NOT recommend anyone use this videography service. We find them to be untrustworthy and highly unreliable with extremely poor business practices.
