Welcome to my little corner of the world! I'm Julie, a wife and mom of four kids, three cats, one dog and a host of neighborhood kids who flow through our doorway. I am proud to say I'm adopted.

I met my birth mother almost twelve years ago and held her hand as she passed from this world into Wholeness. I grew up around the cameras my dad toted, forever snapping pictures at the horse shows my sister and I rode in. When my dad wasn't looking, I'd open the hall closet, stand on top of the sewing machine and peer at the shiny gadgets sitting on the shelf. I'd stretch out my hand just to feel the coolness of the camera's shiny lens. My palms itched to hold it.


My love for photography continued through high school as I made my first pin hole camera and developed black and white film in the darkness of our high school developing lab. Emerging as a teenager loving photography I no longer was I a little girl rocking out a room filled with Holly Hobbie and horses and peering into closets! My hobby has become one of my greatest loves. Sports and action photography thrill me while portraits and weddings leave me in awe. Having recently lost both of my parents I am passionate about capturing timeless images to treasure and hold close to your heart.
