I'm extremely disappointed with The Wedding Wire's customer service. I no longer use their service and don't accept weddings, yet they refuse to delete my profile despite multiple requests. It's incredibly unprofessional for them to keep my page up when I've clearly stated I want it removed. It's clear they prioritize their own interests over their customers' needs. I strongly advise anyone considering using The Wedding Wire to think twice, as their lack of responsiveness and disregard for customer requests is unacceptable.
