Johanna was amazing! Her prompts for our pictures were perfect for us. She made sure to include all of the poses/locations we had chosen and also some from her own ideas, making my pictures completely perfect! They are natural and represent us and the day perfectly.

We really just wanted video of the ceremony, but she arrived early and stayed shortly after to get some great shots of our venue, guests, and all the little details. Johanna was the first and only photographer that we met with while planning our wedding. We instantly fell in love with her personality and her work. Our engagement pictures came out exactly how we wanted them, and our wedding pictures are DREAMY (as is our wedding video)! Johanna and her husband, as well as her assistant, were such a pleasure to work with on our big day. They were organized and executed all of the pictures we wanted in a strong and professional way. Johanna B Photography was by far more than I could have hoped for! As all previous brides know, your wedding day goes by so fast! All I remember is one big beautiful emotional blur. Luckily Johanna took special care to capture all of the moments that really make up a wedding. My wedding was New Years Eve, very chilly, Johanna was a trooper, she even let me borrow her coat! All in all Johanna became more of a friend then just another photographer, she's funny, sweet and takes pride in your event. The quality of her work speaks for itself. Love working with her and would do it again in a second!

My husband and I know Johanna from college and have gotten the opportunity to watch her grow her business. When we started preparing for our wedding we immediately thought of Johanna to be our photographer. She traveled to Colorado and shot our wedding in a place she had never been before. She was flexible and prepared and we really like our pictures. I would definitely recommend her!

Loved Johanna when we first met her! We were happy with our engagements pictures and wedding photos. However, it took 8 months to get our photos and videos! 5 months past the contract date. We did get video by rights to our photos online, also past the due date. But they take forever to download and would have taken weeks to save pictures to print them out. I never once received a message to let me know everything was going to be late, only when I reached out would I get a reply saying she wasn’t sure when it was all going to be done. There were many different stories of why it wasn’t done and I tried really hard to be patient because I wanted the quality of work we paid for and know that things come up. But after 7 months I finally had to ask if we did something wrong to not have our videos or pictures and waited to receive them in the mail to write a review in case we wouldn’t get them. I would have been more understanding if we got a message saying it was going to be late but it seemed pretty clear she didn’t seem to care about making us happy. We paid nearly $5,000 for pictures to get them 8 months later and no forward motion from her on when they would be done or refunds for being so late.
