I am a self-employed licensed cosmetologist. I work at Rain Salon, in a beautiful historic building in downtown Omaha. Rain is located just south of the Old Market on 10th Street, just far enough away that the on-street parking is not metered, but a 5 minute walk away from the restaurants, shops, and bars downtown.

I have been doing hair for 10+ years, and makeup for about 9. I have an obsession with vintage hairstyling; it's actually why I went to cosmetology school! I am lucky enough to partner with two different talented local pinup photographers, doing the hair and makeup for their photoshoot packages. It keeps my passion alive and helps me regularly diversify my work. The truth is, I just love to make people over! I couldn't ask for more satisfying work, whether it's a modern style or a vintage one.

At the salon, I offer haircuts, colors, updos, makeup, keratin hair straightening, and facial waxing. I am always happy to do both hair and makeup trials. I want you to feel confident that you will like your style and/or makeup on your big day. I suggest that you try to schedule your trial on a day that you have something else going on, so your fancy face/hair doesn't go to waste! Maybe even your engagement photos if you haven't already had them taken. If not, then it's a great excuse to go out to dinner afterward! For the big day itself, you can bring your wedding party to the salon, or I can travel to you. For larger parties, my coworkers at the salon will help to get you finished in a reasonable amount of time. Also, I am happy to travel outside of Omaha. Generally, I work within a 100-mile radius, but I do make exceptions.
