We bought my wedding ring here and I love it! They were very nice and easy to work with. I had to take it back to get resized and it was no problem, they were able to do this within an hour. Would highly recommend!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here. While we were spending an afternoon looking at wedding bands for him we came to the conclusion that we needed to go to Jared. Any time either of us have been in there the experience has been pleasant. We will only shop at Jared from now on.

Since my bad service at the Jared's in Chesterfield I've started going to the Brentwood, MO location and I love the service there! My finance purchased my engagement ring from a Jared's in Dallas. I have small fingers and when he got my ring sized it appeared that some of the diamonds had shifted a little bit. I took my ring to the Jared's in Chesterfield to have it looked at since we have the care plan for my ring. The man who worked with me was polite at first. He went through the process of filling out the paperwork to get my ring fixed. He then told me I would have to leave it and pick it up in a few days. I told him I was going out of town so I couldn't and you could tell he wasn't happy. He should have let me know from the start I would have had to leave it. He ripped up the paperwork and told me to come back when I was back in town. As I was about to leave I saw other sales people walking customers to their cars with umbrellas because it was pouring rain. The man I was working with did not offer, probably because he was frustrated with me. I returned to Jared's after my trip and had my ring worked on. When I picked it up the saleswoman had me look at it and I went on my way. My finance asked if I looked at it under the microscope and I said no. It was not offered to me. When I got home I got a magnifying glass and saw a scratch on my band that was not there before I brought it in. I called and talked to someone who basically told me they didn't do it and I should have asked to see it under the microscope. I was told that I must have scratched it on the way home. I was then told to bring it back in to be fixed. No way. I brought it to another Jared's and had a completely different experience. I love the Brentwood location. We bought our wedding bands there and I ended up purchasing a necklace to wear on my wedding day.

We have been to Jared twice and found them incredibly pushy both times. First, engagement ring shopping- they pushed us into opening a line of credit and weren't very up front about what information we were filling out- they have quite the way with words to avoid the truth of the matter and no other shop made us open credit right off the bat. They asked about ring preferences and then "bashed" my interest in a pear shaped diamond (come to find out they didn't have any pear shapes to show us). We ended up not buying from them due to not having the diamond shape we wanted. Then, we received a coupon from them for $100 off a purchase of $200, so we decided to check them out for wedding bands, as we didn't need a particular center stone. They were the first store we went to for bands and the saleswoman started ringing up the transaction before we even made a decision. When we said we wanted to look around more before making a decision she was incredulous and rolled her eyes about how we would never find a better value or better customer service. Didn't like their attitude either time and will not return despite any discount in the future.
