Jam Jar Weddings was born shortly after being made redundant whilst on maternity leave with my daughter. As I was busily collecting pieces for my own wedding, I had the notion that this would be a wonderful opportunity to start a business helping other brides to be with their special days combining my passions for craft and good old fashioned thriftyness!
We are based not too far from Birmingham and are happy to hire our range across the West Midlands and parts of Shropshire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire. Our Something new range is available for purchase to anywhere within the UK.
All of our hire pieces have an individual, fully refundable deposit and hire price (unless hired as part of a collection or package where an agreed price and deposit will be set). Once you've decided the bits and bobs you'd like to hire, send us an enquiry with the dates you'd like and we'll come back to you with a personalised quote. For bookings over £150, we can hold the pieces you want with a 25% deposit (full balances need to be paid 4 weeks prior to your event). For bookings totaling less than £150, we need a 25% deposit and your full balance will need to be paid 12 weeks prior to the event. During peak season (April - October) weekend bookings will normally need to be hired on a Friday - Sunday basis unless we have late availability. That said - it's always worth an enquiry to us to see if we can help you (we always try!). In the instance that items are damaged, lost or stolen the customer will lose the full deposit for that piece. We offer delivery and collection at a variable price per package and location within the area in the picture, or customers can collect from and return to us free of charge.
