Bert was quite possibly one of my favorite people to work with during planning. He was honest, affordable, and totally accommodating. The ease of working with this company was a total shock to me because everything up to this point had been about contracts and huge deposits, etc. etc. I even had a few "strange" requests surrounding my insurance but he was able to get me everything I needed no questions asked. SOOOOO refreshing.

Literally the night before my wedding I realized the pick-up schedule (who is getting picked up from where, when) wasn't all ironed out yet (totally my fault for not hassling my guests more) I called the office from my rehearsal dinner (albeit a little frantically) and they were totally chill and assured me it was all good. Bert ended up texting me that evening at 9pm (yes, I was up) and between a few e-mails we got it all sorted out. I couldn't believe it! Then, the night of the wedding, we ended up having to shuttle more people than were picked up, so I never even got to meet Bert to pay him. Again, it was no worries because I sent him a text the following morning and we were able to rendezvous after a few of his drop-offs and then I got to meet Jake, the dog! We stood and chatted for awhile, it was great to finally put a face to name.

Any who, save yourself the hassle and just hire this company for your wedding transportation. You won't regret it and you might even have a little fun (trust me-- planning generally isn't fun.)

Jakes mountain shuttle was the best deal! Burt was the owner I worked with. He was always professional and kind. The did not have the amount of shuttles I needed in his fleet but he didn't hesitate to call a few friends .We had a 30 passenger party bus that the bridal party absolutely loved! I would highly recommend them!
