The Jackson Terminal is a beautiful and unique venue! I highly recommend checking it out! I have hosted several large corporate events in the space and always receive raving venue reviews from guests. The team that runs the Jackson Terminal is extremely kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. The venue is filled with character, charm, and has a great feel for any type of event. There are two rooms in this venue to use collectively or choose from. it provides great options for seated events for 25 all the way up to 350+.

Overall, this was a beautiful venue and we were so happy to spend our day here! It was occasionally a little difficult getting in touch with those who worked at the venue to get the ball rolling or questions answered, but once we did and got things figured out, it went smoothly. Loved the location in downtown Knoxville and the decor provided by the venue. They do have two rooms available to rent (one smaller one that could be used for the ceremony and one larger one for the reception), but we just got the large room and did it all in there. I was a little worried about that, but the transition from ceremony to reception went well and there were no complications from skipping out on the extra cost of the smaller room. Because the price of Jackson Terminal was affordable when compared to other surrounding downtown Knoxville venues, we highly recommend looking at this venue if you want a city/industrial vibe!

Do not, and I mean never book an event with these people. You will regret it. They are very petty people and will ruin your night on a heartbeat.
