My name is Jessica Warner I am a mother,partner, Notary Signing Agent, Process Server,Minister and CEO/Owner of A Thousand Stars, IniRaEnt LLC. I am a licensed and ordained minister located at 5435 Sugarloaf Parkway Suite 1102 Lawrenceville, Ga. 30043. I have the credentials to officiate in 48 states. I have been ordained since Jan of 2020 and I specialize in modern day LGBTQ wedding as well as traditional. Ist is a genuine pleasure being apart of something tangible, and that is why I became a wedding officiant. Im grateful to be afforded the priviledge of officiating LGBTQ marriages because it is courageous,admirable in addition it is an opportunity to be give back to my community. I also took an interest in officiating non traditional ceremonies for modern day couples.

Due to COVID-19 I am offering Zoom Ceremonies for couples that are social distancing. You love is not on lock down no need to wait to tie the knot, host your ceremony right within the safety and comfort of your home.

Same Day Marriage
Couples will arrange an appointment to meet at my office for marriage license signing exchange I'DO'S NO VOWS,NO CEREMONY, NO WAIT,NO WITNESSES REQUIRED.. its that simple!
(I would also like to add that witnesses are NOT required in the state of Ga.)

ONLY THE COURTS CAN ISSUE A MARRIAGE LICENSE, THIS PACKAGE REQUIRES THAT THE COUPLE MEET ME AT MY OFFICE IN GWINNETT COUNTY IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF GAMUST OBTAIN YOUR MARRIAGE LICENSE IN GWINNETT COUNTY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THIS PACKAGE.
YOU MUST OBTAIN YOUR MARRIAGE LICENSE AND BRING IT TO YOUR MARRIAGE SIGNING. ONLY THE COURTS ARE AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE THE MARRIAGE LICENSE. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR GWINNETT COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE FOR ADDITIONAL ISSUANCE PROCEDURES.

Will come to the venue the couple has arranged, to officiate marriage.
Wedding Rehearsal- $50 additional (if needed)
Marriage Certificate as a symbol of the couples love
Couples selects prearranged vows along with adding readings cultural/family traditions
Customized ceremony written by myself
Arrives 20-30 mins prior to ceremony to coach the couple prior to the start of the ceremony.
Signing of marriage license
Additional $80 for 1 rehearsal (if needed)

Pre Marital Counsel (your preference)- 1 hr session
Will come to the venue the couple has reserved and perform a custom ceremony to reflect the couples beliefs and express the love they both share. Couple chooses between what to wear,the vows and what to include or exclude in the ceremony itself. Arrives 20-30 mins prior to the start of the ceremony to coach the couple before the ceremony.
Signing of marriage license. Additional $50 for 1 rehearsal (if needed)
