I Do Details Events is a wedding coordination and planning company based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Founder Bryana Dean is a certified wedding planner and consultant who finds joy in contributing to milestone moments. After her own wedding in 2013, this jack of all trades decided to share her passion for organizing special events with soon-to-be newlyweds. In addition to helping couples host their dream celebrations, Bryana also specializes in honeymoon planning.

She can provide full and partial planning services, as well as day-of coordination. To continue celebrating after your wedding day, Bryana is happy to help organize a blissful getaway to Sandals Resorts. She invites clients to meet with her for a consultation so that she can get to know their individual styles and preferences.

Best Decision I Made!

I was over the top happy with this vendor as the Day Of Coordinator for my daughter's wedding on 10-23-21. She went over and above to make sure the day was the best day of their lives, and stress free (if that is at all possible ) for me as well. She was available to answer all my questions, many phone calls, several emails, and many more texts. We had a candy bar at reception with over 20 different candies and jars, she successfully displayed that, set the tables, lit over 35 candles, and attended to the bride and groom prior to the guests arrival. As expected, she came prepared with a sparkler bucket of sand, print outs of the table settings I had sent, and of course the bridal emergency bag which came in handy when the bridal bouquet stained the brides dress during group photos. This vendor made floor plans, (just in case(), contacted all the other vendors, had a timeline, and executed it in pure perfection. If you are looking for a Day Of Coordinator, I highly recommend I Do Details Events. You won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend!

Bryana really took time to understand who we are as a couple and to make sure not only that the wedding ran smoothly, but also that we had fun and enjoyed our special day together. She was so easy to work with, and true to the business name, she remembered and took care of every detail! We had the most wonderful wedding day thanks to her.

Could not have done it without Bryana

Bryana made my daughter's wedding perfect. We thought we had it planned to and didn't need any help. We were wrong. There is no way the day would have been as perfect as it was without Bryana. She was there when we didn't even know that something was needed until it would have been too late. Bryana had already taken care of it. She always was one step ahead of us, knowing what needed to be done and how to do it in the perfect way. She was there for the preplanning, which made the day go easier. She helped the other contractors with their problems and was always there with a smile. It rained on the wedding day and she even made that seem like it didn't matter. There wasn't a problem she couldn't handle with ease. If you are looking for help with your event look no further, Bryana is your Girl!! She is AMAZING!

Bryana was amazing!

Bryana was so responsive to our needs. She’s very available for last minute phone calls with questions. She overall was just such a breath of fresh air! She’s pleasant and takes her roll seriously. She was extremely helpful with providing me with lists and making sure the little details were all handled!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Went above and beyond! Way more than I could have ever ask for. For a day of coordinator she really exceeded my expectations. Drove over an hour to meet me and do the walk thru 2 months before the wedding, handled the rehearsal, and kicked ass the day of!

The BEST wedding coordinator

Bryana Dean is hands down the most attentive wedding coordinator. We had multiple zoom and phone calls to discuss every aspect of my cultural wedding. She helped me organize all my wedding day details and was such a great help. She always had a smile on her face and I could tell she loved her job so much. She goes above and beyond for her clients. For us, Bryana stayed well over her time to make sure my husband and I were comfortable. She is a great problem solver and made sure our needs were being met. I JUST LOVED working her ...TRUST ME, YOU NEED BRYANA!!!!! I am so lucky I found her!!!!

Hire her!!!

Bryana was absolutely amazing on our big day! I lost another planner due to a date change and she stepped right in and went above and beyond! It was a very difficult day as I had just lost my father (so very fragile emotions throughout) but Bryana made sure everything went so smoothly, I had an amazing time. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing experience!

Bryana was our day of coordinator for our wedding June 2022. She seriously made our day run so smoothly, I still to this day talk about how we couldn’t have done it without her. She stayed in contact with us months leading up to the wedding to ensure all details were perfect!
