teri@holtontravel.com went over all our options. Got us our dream trip for less money and her recommendations are spot on. We had trouble with our connecting flight and subsequently our car rental. She was right on top of it. Her app lets you talk to her in real time so you know she is always there to help.

We were originally going to go to Aruba but with the Covid protocols we didn't want to chance having to test to get back into the US. I was worried our dream honeymoon was ruined. Teri helped us find a great resort in Puerto Rico where we didn't need a passport, didn't have to test to fly home, & it was absolutely beautiful. Can't thank her enough.

I met Teri at a bridal show and was hesitant about working with a travel agent but with Covid and travel restrictions I figured we probably should.

Honestly, I thought it would cost a lot more to use a travel agent. I had done a little research but I was shocked when she gave us our quote. The prices were so competitive & she kept us up to date on what the covid rules were.

After I first messaged her, she replied quickly and sent a form that asked about our likes/dislikes, budget, where we had traveled before, what we like to do, etc. We completed it a few days later and set up a follow-up phone call with her. She had a few questions & I felt like she was really trying to get to know us & what we wanted.

Within a few days we had her quote. We were able to book our flights, airport transfers, an all-inclusive resort and our excursions through her. We literally just had to pack. I'll never book my own trip again.

Teri was very helpful planning our honeymoon to the Caribbean. We weren't sure where we wanted to go or even what different areas cost. We ended up having a great honeymoon in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

I put 4 stars for flexibility because we got married during Covid - so there was not a lot of flexibility with protocols, rule & rule changes, etc. Not Teri's fault but something we had to deal with and other couple's should be prepared for it too.
