Holiday Inn Express & Suites offers one central event space: The Convention Center. This recently renovated ballroom is over 5,200 square feet and features chandelier lighting, high ceilings, and a beautiful carpet and dance floor. It can accommodate up to 400 guests and can also be divided into three separate rooms, creating a unique opportunity for your cocktail hour and general layout.
Services Offered
All wedding packages include the cost of setup and cleanup services, linens, tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, china, and any other related food and beverage items. If desired, you can rent an LCD projector and screen, a wireless microphone system, and an LCD television. The honeymoon suite is complimentary for the married couple to use on the night of their wedding. All hotel areas are wheelchair accessible.
Cuisine
All catering menus can be customized to meet the needs of your budget, preferences, and dietary needs. Buffet and plated options are available, and a variety of serving options are possible for your cocktail hour. Hors d'oeuvres can be served passed or in stations. Bar packages are similarly flexible and always include any necessary bartenders, a champagne toast, and house liquor and wine. Your guests can enjoy an open bar or utilize drink tickets if preferred. Cake-cutting service is always complimentary.
