We’re in and out of the resorts we recommend, from Cancun and the Riviera Maya to site inspections across Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. We know the ceremony venues, the coordinators, and the details the brochure leaves out.

Resorts pay us, not you

For most couples our planning costs nothing: resorts pay us a commission on rooms your guests were booking anyway, and it never raises your price. A few properties work differently, and there we charge a planning fee that’s refunded before you travel. We tell you which applies before you commit. Always $0 to work with us.

You get a personalized wedding website and a live guest tracker built from scratch by our own tech team. Watch RSVPs and reservations come in without having to chase anyone for updates.

One specialist, whole team

You work with one dedicated wedding specialist from day one, but the full Hola team is behind every decision. Nobody disappears mid-planning. If your specialist is unavailable, someone equally qualified steps in seamlessly.

All guest room logistics handled

We coordinate room blocks, group rates and guest reservations for every single person attending your wedding. You do not have to manage a spreadsheet of 50 rooms. That is our job.
